A most presentable copy of this uncommon early document showing some overall light wear and soiling as well as two diagonal soft creases through the upper foredge corner that has been INSCRIBED but not signed by George Rickey in his inimitable script with his address (R.D. #2, East Chatham, New York.) in black ink below his printed name on the title page.
