Originally published by Kruse Verlag in 2001, this gem (cited on page 284 of Martin Parr and Gerry Badger's "The Photobook: A History Volume II") has been re-released in 2008 by the photographer and Arcana Editions in two versions limited to twenty copies and five artist's proofs each housed in a grey linen clamshell box accompanied by a SIGNED AND NUMBERED 10 ½ x 12" color photograph of one of two images from "Angels in Fall" in its own grey linen chemise. A brand new, pristine example from the edition of twenty copies containing the original SIGNED AND NUMBERED (07/20) photograph "Civitas (1997)".
