This is the lovely catalogue issued in conjunction with a posthumous 1983 New York gallery exhibition of Joseph Cornell boxes and collages whose imagery reflects his lifelong obsession with the ballet. An internally most handsome example of the exceedingly uncommon clothbound edition whose matte white dust jacket shows some mild age-toning and soiling along with a tiny missing chip along the bottom edge of the rear panel.
