A most handsome example of the exceedingly uncommon 1974 first edition issued in silver gilt-stamped black buckram boards additionally bearing the SIGNED PRESENTATION "For ... - in contrition and gratitude - Yvonne May 1997" in black ink on the half title page showing some wear, soiling, short closed tears, and some mild spotting to the dust jacket.
